Introduction

Ingredients

    3 Jalapeno Peppers, halved and seeded
    2 oz cream cheese (neufchatel or other lower fat cream cheese)
    6 slices bacon

Directions

Bake your bacon until it's partly done, keeping it somewhat pliable.

Halve peppers, cut out seeds and membrane. Fill with cream cheese and wrap with a slice of bacon.

Cook until desired doneness is reached.
