Ingredients

    White Beans 5 cans drained
    Small jar of Sun-dried tomatoes in Olive Oil
    Olive oil
    Good Seasons Italian dry dressing mix
    Parmesan cheese for topping

Directions

Put all ingredients except the Parmesan cheese in a Cuisinart. Blend until creamy. top with Parmesan cheese and serve with crackers or fresh vegetables.

Serving Size: Makes a large container for a party.
