Ingredients

    1 can chickpeas
    1 can kidney beans
    1 can green beans
    1/4 c. chopped fresh basil
    1 T olive oil
    2 T lemon juice
    salt and pepper to taste

Tips

Frozen green beans can but used, but need to be heated before serving. This makes a nice warm version.


Directions

Rinse beans and add to bowl. Coarsely chop fresh basil add with lemon juice and oil. Mix by hand. Serve chilled.
