Introduction

I subbed Splenda Brown sugar blend for the brown sugar and stevia for the white sugar I subbed Splenda Brown sugar blend for the brown sugar and stevia for the white sugar
Number of Servings: 23

Ingredients

    1 cup (230g) unsalted butter, softened to room temperature
    1/2 cup packed brown sugar substitute by Splinda
    1/4 cup granulated stivia
    2 large eggs*
    1 Tablespoon vanilla extract (yes, Tablespoon!)
    1 and 1/2 cups (190g) all-purpose flour
    1 teaspoon baking soda
    1 and 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
    1/2 teaspoon grated fresh nutmeg
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    3 cups (240g) old-fashioned rolled oats
    1 cup (140g) raisins*

Directions

Cream butter and 'sugars' then add eggs and vanilla and mix for 1 minute. Combine flour, baking soda, cinnamon and nutmeg and salt. Add to the mixing bowl and mix will. Add oats and raisins and blend. chill dough for 30 minutes in fridge. Roll balls about 2" and place on cookie sheet 2" apart. Bake 12 minutes at 350.

Serving Size: Makes 23 nice size cookes each one a serving
