Ingredients

    2c flour
    2c sugar
    pinch salt
    1/2c buttermilk or soured milk
    2 eggs
    1tsp vanilla
    1tsp baking soda
    1c hot coffee or water
    1c butter
    4 Tbsp (heaping) cocoa


Directions

put flour, sugar and salt in a large bowl. In a small bowl blend milk, eggs, vanilla and baking soda. blend these ingredients together. In a small sauce pan bring butter, coffee and cocoa to a boil. while blending flour mixture pour in boiling cocoa mixture. Mix for 2-3 minutes.
Bake in a bundt pan for 35-45 minutes at 350F
