1 c. Great value, Frozen unsweetened Mixed fruit(strawberry, peach, mango, and pineapple)
1 c. kale, raw
1/2 can Kerns Nectar
2/3 c. Coconut water
1/2 T. Coconut Oil - Nutiva Organic Extra-Virgin Coconut Oil
1/4 c. Oats, Quaker
Put in blender and blend until smooth...add water as needed for texture.
