Ingredients

    1 medium red ripened tomato cut in half
    1 T. Parmesant Cheese, grated
    1 tsp. fresh rosemary chopped

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Cut tomatoes in half
Sprinkle fresh rosemary on top side of tomato
Sprinkle 1/2 T. Of Parmesan Cheese on top of Rosemary
Place in oven to bake for 8-9 minutes
Turn broiler on and lightly brown the top 1 minute
