Ingredients

    15 oz can Wild Oats organic tomato sauce
    1 qt (4 c) Wild Oats organic low sodium chicken broth
    2 tsp fresh basil, chopped
    1 tbsp Kerrygold butter
    1/2 c Daisy sour cream
    Lawry's garlic salt to taste
    1 tsp onion powder
    Accent to tase

Directions

Melt butter and add chopped basil. Cook until wilted. Add all other ingredients and stir till incorporated. Simmer on low heat for about an hour.

Serving Size: Makes about seven 2/3-cup servings
