    1 tbsp coconut aminos (soy-free soy sauce substitute)
    diced red onion to taste (scallions would be better)
    garlic powder to taste

Directions

500º oven for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through

Serving Size: 24-27 small meatballs (golf ball size pre-cooked)
