    1 Fripat (Worthington brand or other veggie burger)
    1 slice lowfat cheese (optional)
    1 pocket pita
    1 handful of salad greens (or lettuce)
    1/2 roma tomato (or any variety of tomato will work)
    1/2 cup shredded carrots
    1/2 cup shredded beets
    1/2 cup sprouts
    1/4 cup diced cucumber

    1/4 cup light mayonnaise
    1/2 tsp of tamari or soy sauce, to taste
    1 tbsp water


You can substitute, mix and match salad ingredients to your taste


Cook fripat in oven or in skillet over medium heat, melt cheese on top of burger (optional);

cut opening in top of Pita pocket and place cheese side down onto one side, inside of pita pocket;

Add desired amount of salad greens, tomatoes, sprouts, shredded carrots and shredded beets, cucumbers

Pour dressing over (or throughout) and enjoy!

Serving Size: 1 sandwich
