Ingredients

    Almond Butter (mine was home made with Coconut oil and Cinnamon)
    Honey ( I use 100% pure)
    Sunflower Seeds (can use other nuts, chopped)
    Hershey's Special Dark Chocolate chips
    Olivio Margarine ( mine has Coconut oil in it)
    Any Shredded Unsweetened Coconut ( mine was from Whole foods

Directions

Bring butter and honey in saucepan to boil and boil for about 1 - 2 minutes stirring frequently. (Can use candy thermomter) The longer the honey mix boils the harder the mix will be when cooled.
After boiling turn heat down and add choc chips and almond butter. Stir to blend. Remove from heat and add nuts and coconut.
While still warm turn out onto Parchment paper, about 24 inches long. fold over to cover and roll to about 1/4 to 1/8 inch. Let cool.
I put in freezer for about 10 minutes to cool and then take out to score in small squares. Recipe is for 20 squares.

Serving Size: makes 20 2 inch squares
