Ingredients

    2 bananas mashed
    1 egg beaten
    1 tablespoon oil
    1/4 cup coconut milk
    1/2 teaspoon vanilla
    3/4 cup flour
    1/3 cup sugar
    1/4 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp baking soda
    1/2 cut old fashioned oats
    1/4 cup chocolate chips melted 3 tablespoons pb2

Directions

Oven 350
Mash bananas
add egg, oil, mild, vanilla and mix
add flour, sugar, salt and baking soda, mix
fold in oats
melt chocolate
divide batter in half
add pb 2 to one bowl, add chocolate to other bowl
add one to one and half tablespoons peanut butter batter to each muffin tin. top with chocolate batter. swirl with tooth pick. bake 11- 15 minutes
