Ingredients

    Brianna's Real Frechn Vinagrette Dressing, .5 serving (remove)
    Cabbage, red, fresh, .75 cup, chopped (remove)
    *Radish, Fresh, 1 oz (remove)
    Red Onion Raw (1/4 cup, 40g or 1.4oz), 0.125 cup (remove)
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.5 cup, chopped (remove)
    cucumbers, with peel, raw, 0.5 cup (remove)
    Sunflower Seeds, without salt, .5 oz (remove)
    Whole Foods Garbanzo Beans (Chickpeas), 0.75 cup (remove)
    Carrots, raw, .5 cup, strips or slices (remove)

Tips

The goal is to put the sturdier vegetables at the bottom and the less sturdy at the top so that the jar lasts as long as possible. Raisins are also nice at the top.


Directions

Place the chickpeas in the bottom of the jar and pour the dressing over top of them. Next add the cabbage, then the carrots, then the radish creating layers of veggies. Add the onion and peppers next. Top with cucumber and then sprinkle on the sunflower seeds.
