Introduction

These are great treats for kids and adults. I make these with my children and they love making them as well as eating them!!! I use 2% milk because of my kids but if you want to use skim go for it....great way to shave a few extra calories. I also calculated it for chocolate and vanilla pudding but any fat free pudding works great! These are great treats for kids and adults. Ingredients

    Frozen pudding pops

    2 boxes of 6 serving sugar free fat free pudding (chocolate and vanilla)
    6 cups of 2% milk
    20 plastic disposable plastic drink cups (the small ones you use in the bathroom)
    foil
    wooden sticks
    large baking pan




Directions

ONE~place the 20 cups in your large baking pan

TWO~Put the first pudding mix into a medium bowl and add milk and whisk for two minutes or until ready. Spoon about 2 tbsp into each cup. Cover cups with foil and freeze for 1 hr.

THREE~Place other flavor pudding into a medium bowl and add milk. Whisk for 2 minutes or until ready. Remove baking pan w/ pudding filled cups and spoon in the second flavor pudding on top of the first.

FOUR~Cover each cup with foil. Make a small hole in the center of the foil and push the wooden stick through. Return baking pan to freezer and leave for 4 to 6 hours.

FIVE~ Remove pudding pops from freezer 20 minutes before serving!!
