Introduction

Ingredients

    4 Medjool Dates from Costco, pitted
    1/3 cup Trader Joe's Raw Cashew Pieces
    1 tablespoon whole Flax Seed
    1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
    1/8 teaspoon ginger
    pinch of cardamon or about 1/16 teaspoon (a little goes a long way)
    dash of Himalayan Pink Salt
    3 1/2 cups filtered water

Tips

I will sometimes do Whole Juice twice just to get it even smoother and to heat it up just a bit. Since there is no ice added this milk will be warmish. If you want it instantly cold replace 1 cup of water with a bunch of ice cubes (about 1.5 cups)!


Directions

add all ingredients to Blendtec or High Powered Blender, secure the lid and hit Whole Juice (on Blendtec).

Pour into 1 quart jar and drink! Or share it with someone you love...a lot!
