Introduction

Ingredients

    1/3 cup Trader Joe's Raw Cashews
    3 tablespoons Organic Cocoa Powder
    4 Medjool Dates from Costco, pitted
    a couple dashes of Pink Himalayan Salt
    1 tablespoon Flax Seed
    3.5 cups filtered water

Tips

To keep this drink raw use a Raw brand, I used a slavery free brand: Equal Exchange Baking Cocoa. To make cold chocolate milk to drink right away replace 1/2 cup of water with ice!


Directions

throw all the ingredients into a Blendtec or High Powered Blender, cover with lid and hit Whole Juice. Can do it twice for warmer chocolate milk or replace 1/2 cup of water with ice for cold chocolate milk.

Play around with the amount of cocoa, everyone has different tastes when it comes to chocolate and different brands make a big difference too!

Serving Size: makes 1 quart
