Ingredients

    2 cans of Campbell's cream of chicken soup (98% fat free)
    16 oz Daisy Light Sour cream
    3 lbs chicken breast (cooked and shredded)
    7 oz Pepperidge Farms herb stuffing
    1/4 cup Land O Lakes light butter w/Canola Oil

Tips

Can add mixed vegetables to chicken mixture for more of a pot pie type filling


Directions

cook chicken and shred. Mix cream of chicken soup, sour cream and shredded chicken together. put in casserole dish. melt butter and mix with stuffing. Pour over chicken mixture. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 mins (or until brown and bubbly)
