Ingredients

    1 cup chopped broccoli
    1 ounce feta cheese
    2 eggs
    2 large mushrooms sliced
    3 large black olives
    1 teaspoon butter
    1/2 teaspoon dried dill weed

Directions

Chop your broccoli and mushrooms up and sauté for only a few minute to just soften, and set aside. Get your other ingredients ready and set aside.

Mix your eggs in a small bowl. Add the dried dill and mix well.

In a medium frying pan melt your butter. Pour your egg into the pan and cook. Place your other ingredients onto one side of the omelet. With a spatula flip one side of the egg over on to the other to cover your ingredients. Allow to cook and flip.

add salt and pepper to taste
