Ingredients

1 Tbsp flax meal
2 Tbsp water
1 cup cooked Quinoa
1 cup Old Fashioned Rolled Oats - dry
1 15 oz can garbanzo beans, drained
1/2 medium onion, chopped
1 cuo shelled Edame
1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 Tbsp curry powder
1 Tbsp Siracha
1 Tsp black pepper
1 Tsp salt
Tips
These are also really good with a tortilla or lettuce wrap.
Directions
1. Add flax seed and water, let set for 10 minutes
2. Cook Quinoa and let cool.
3. Put rolled oats in food processor and grind until fine
4. Add remaining ingredients, flax mixture and Quinoa to ground oat flour and pulse until all ingredients are ground to fine texture.
5. Form into 8 patties
6. Saute in olive or coconut oil on medium high heat for 3 -5 minutes per side.
7. Preheat oven to 350. When up to temperature cook sauteed patties for an additional 10 minutes.
8. Add your favorite condiments and a bun and enjoy.
