    POWDERED SUGAR

I WAS TAUGHT THIS TO CUT DOWN ON MY SODIUM AND I LOST 20 LBS IN A FEW MONTHS EATING THIS IT'S AWESOME NO PEPPER OR SALT NEEDED IT MAKES QUITE A BIT BUT WE EAT IT FOR A FEW DAYS

WHILE YOU'RE CUTTING/DICING THE MEAT AND VEGGIES START YOUR RICE, WHEN YOU'RE DONE DICING PUT ALL VEGGIES AND CHICKEN IN A SKILLET WITH A LITTLE BUTTER OR OLIVE OIL AND SAUTE UNTIL THE CHICKEN IS DONE. WHEN THE RICE IS DONE DRAIN IT AND ADD THE SKILLET MIXTURE INTO THE RICE ADD BUTTER WHEN MELTED ADD POWDERED SUGAR. IT SHOULD BE A BALANCE OF SWEET AND SPICY
