Ingredients

    shrimp 2 pounds medium size
    1/4 tsp salt
    1/8 tsp paprika
    1/4 tsp garlic salt
    2 tbsps soy sauce
    Jamaican scotch bonnet pepper sauce
    1/4 tsp black pepper
    2 tbsp diced garlic
    1 cup diced onions
    4 tbsp margarine
    4 mandarin oranges segmented
    40 grapes halved
    mixed salad greens
    tomatoes 20 small slices
    3 tbsps grated parmesan cheese
    7 tbsps Kraft fat free italian salad dressing

Directions

Marinate shrimp in soy sauce, black peper, salt, paprika, garlic and onions and Jamaican scotch bonnet sauce for 30 minutes.

Heat medium skillet on the fire with 4 tbsps margarine. Sautee shrimp for 3 minutes till cooked through.

Arrange salad greens, mix halved grapes segmented mandarin oranges. Arrange sliced tomatoes around the edge of the bed of greens.
Drizzle with salad dressing and sprinkle with grated parmesan.

To serve : Arrange shrimp on bed of salad greens.
