Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    1 Medium Banana (7 - 7.75 in long)
    1/2 cup of Quick Oats
1 Egg Beaters Egg Whites 50 calorie cup
1 4 oz Snack Cup of Natural Applesauce
    1 tsp of Vanilla Extract
    1/2 tsp of Ground Cinnamon

Tips

Instead of using a whole 210 calorie serving of store-bought syrup, I spread peanut butter onto each of my pancakes, therefore, packing them with protein!:) Then I topped them off with a 1/2 cup mixture of strawberries and blueberries for a fresh, delightful topping.

Directions

1) Toss egg whites, quick oats, applesauce, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and banana into a blender. (I like to slice my banana for easier/smoother blending)
2)Preheat griddle to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. When heated, GREASE WITH COOKING SPRAY!:) - (I used olive oil spray for a healthier option)
3) Scoop batter with a 1/4 c measuring cup just below full.
4) Pour onto hot griddle and let cook until you see bubbles on top of cakes.
5) Flip cakes and cook until brown on both sides.
