Ingredients

    Ingredients:
    kam yen jan (1 link), 11 serving
    Zucchini, baby, 4 medium
    Sauteed onion off the grill (2.5 oz. onion), 1 serving
    Squash - Yellow and Zucchini, 2.5 cup
    Raw Tomato (Medium, whole), 6 serving
    *Clove of Garlic, 12 serving
    Kraft Parmesan Cheese, 9 tsp
    Herbs de Provence (1.5T)

Directions

1. Blend tomatoes
2. Fine grate garlic
3. Sautee the onion
4. Slice everything else except the onion, cheese and herbs
5. Ladle into casserole dishes (makes about 4Q)
6. 60 minutes in pre-heated oven @ 375 degrees.
