Ingredients

    1.25 lbs. extra lean ground beef
    1 cup onion, chopped
    Prego Traditional Italian Sauce (737g)
    12 oz. box Heartland Whole Grain Rotini
    8 oz. mozzarella cheese, shredded

Directions

Cook pasta in boiling water til tender; drain. In a large skillet, brown ground beef & onion. Drain & rinse excess fat. Add one jar Prego sauce, stir. Mix in pasta. Pour into 9 x 13 pan sprayed lightly w/Pam. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese. Bake @ 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes (til cheese lightly browned. Cool 5 minutes. May top serving with sprinkle of parmesan cheese.
