1 lb Extra Lean Ground Turkey
2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
Salt & Pepper to taste
Preferred Seasonings to taste
Hummus (watch the carb count)
Tips
If you aren't worried about carbs, these are great wrapped in pita flatbread with lettuce, onions, tomatoes, etc. If you are watching carbs and want to add a little crunch, you can wrap the patties in lettuce or add some cucumbers on top.
Directions
Mix ground turkey, worcestershire, salt, pepper, & seasonings in medium-sized bowl. Form into thin 2 ounce patties. Spray skillet with cooking spray and brown patties on each side until cooked through, about 2 minutes per side. Drain on paper towels. Enjoy with hummus!
