Ingredients

1/3 Cup Liquid Egg White
3 Mini Bell Peppers
1 1/2 oz Chicken Breast - Cooked no skin
1 oz Feta Cheese
1 Tbsp Dehydrated Chopped Onion
Spices to taste
1 tsp Oil of your choice
Tips
The Dehydrated onion helps absorb the extra moisture from the peppers.
I used cayenne, salt, and my onion powder for my spices, but don't be afraid to mix it up.
Directions
Dice cooked chicken breast.
Seed and dice Mini Bell Peppers
Combine all ingredients in a bowl (except for the oil)
Heat a smallish non-stick pan with you tsp of oil to medium.
Add all ingredients and using a spatula stir often to keep the egg whites from sticking and forming a solid mass.
Serving Size: Enough for 1
