    2 tbs virgin olive oil
    1 Tbs red wine vinegar
    1 Tbs lemon juice
    1 clove garlic
    1tsp oregano
    1 tsp tarragon
    1/4 tsp salt
    1/4 pepper
    12 oz can Tuna
    2 Tbs minced red onion
    1 Apple cored and chopped
    1 c chopped celery
    1 c raisins
    Lettuce
    Pita pocket

Directions

Mix dressing set a side

Chop the rest and mix with Tuna.
