Ingredients

    1 5.3 oz Tempt Hemp yogurt, plain flavor
    1 medium banana
    2 Tbsp PB2 peanut butter powder
    1/2 scoop Plant Fusion vanilla bean protein powder
    1/2 cup unsweetened organic Silk soymilk
    1/2-1 cup of ice

Tips

Skip the banana or use a teenie tiny one (or half of one) to lower the carbs without losing much protein (but it won't be as yummy!).


Directions

Mix all ingredients in a blender. Consume!
