Introduction

Ingredients

    1 tsp Kerrygold butter
    12 ounces cooked, cubed turkey
    1 garlic clove, minced
    1 C sour cream
    1/4 cup parmesan cheese
    12 oz artichoke hearts, packed in water, drained
    4 oz of shredded mozzarella cheese.

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grease a 9-inch round baking dish with butter.
2. Place turkey in baking dish.
3. Combine remaining ingredients; mix well.
4. Pour mixture over chicken. Bake for 25 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
