Ingredients

3 cups rotini pasta (I use tricolor veggie)
¼ cup pesto
½ t. sea salt
¼ t. cracked pepper
½ t. minced or chipped garlic (fresh or dried)
2 T. virgin olive oil (or less virginal, if that's all you have)
2 pints pearlini mozzarella balls (the tiny ones), drained
2 cups grape tomatoes (I mix red grape tomatoes and yellow cherry tomatoes for a colorful dish)
Tips
This recipe is easy and tasty! It can be served warm, room temperature or slightly chilled.
Directions
Cook the pasta to desired consistency. Mix the other ingredients in a large bowl. Drain the cooked pasta and toss with the bowl ingredients.
