Introduction

A liquid meal replacement intended to replace breakfast and lunch. Supplemented with fresh fruits and vegetables during the day and a healthy dinner. This makes enough to last all day. Ingredients

    100 G Oats, Ground
    100 G Uncooked Quinoa, Ground
    100 G Natural Peanut Butter
    16 ounces silken tofu
    50 G agave syrup
    1 banana
    1 Quart Water (more or less as desired)

Directions

In a blender mix Oats and quinoa. . Blend until it creates a flour. Add water and blend to a slurry. Add Peanut Butter, banana, Tofu and Agave. Blend until smooth, allow to sit overnight and pulse briefly before pouring each serving. You may want to run it through a fine sieve before serving.
