Ingredients

    4 cups diced rhubarb
    1 cup water
    1 cup sugar
    1 pkg strawberry jello powder

Tips

Makes approximately 4.5 cups. We have a large family, so use it up rather quickly. But can be frozen for longer storage.


Directions

Cook rhubarb in water on stovetop. Once rhubarb is soft, add sugar and jello powder, mix until completely dissolved. Remove from heat and put into jars. Makes approximately 4.5 cups. We have a large family, so use it up rather quickly. But can be frozen for longer storage.
