Ingredients

    walnut oil
    caraway seeds
    ground turkey
    chopped onion and celery
    chicken broth
    stewed tomatoes with diced onion and pepper
    red cabbage shredded
    salt and pepper to taste

Directions

brown onion, celery and ground turkey (or chicken) in a separate pan with some olive oil. Don't over cook.
When done, add this to a stew pot and add the rest of the ingredients. It's yummy and so good for you.

Serving Size: makes 5 cup and 1/2 servings
