Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1 c white flour
    1 c milk at room temperature
    3 eggs
    2 T butter, melted
    1/2 tsp salt

Tips

Do not open oven at all during cooking time
Add 1T milk if you are at higher elevations to ensure they pop.
Enjoy with just jam, honey, a little butter. I have leftover popovers and fill with mu tuna or chicken salad for lunch.


Directions

preheat oven to 425
Melt butter
Spray popover pans with Pam Cooking spray
Mx flour, milk, eggs, salt and butter with a whisk until frothy and no flour lumps at all.
Fill popover tins (about 1/3 cup per tin)
Place on lower third of oven and bake for 25 minutes.
Turn heat to 350 and bake 15 minutes more.
