Ingredients
-
1 3/4 Cups warm Water
3 Tsp Sugar
1 Tsp Yeast
1/2 Cup Melted Butter
4 Cups of Bread Flour
Tips
Don't complicate this. It's a simple, easy, tasty recipe. Do not try to make these in muffin tins or anything with sides. They will burn.
Directions
Put Warm water to approx 100 degrees *just warm to the touch" into your bread maker.
Add sugar and yeast, mix and let sit for 5 minutes until you see it develop some foam on top.
Add melted butter (not too hot)
Add Flour
Put your bread maker on "Dough" setting and let it run for 10 minutes. Then turn off the bread maker and let it sit for 30 minutes - until dough doubles. (It's best to turn it off so it doesn't overwork the dough.)
When the dough has doubled then dump it onto a floured surface, punch it down and form a flat slab that you can cut into 24 square rolls. Cut the rolls and place them 1-2" apart on a baking sheet.
Allow dough to rest for 10 minutes only.
Place rolls in a 400 degree over for 12 minutes. (no more, no less) Take them out and brush them with butter.
