Ingredients

    1 organic brown egg
    2 tablespoons raw unfiltered apple cider vinegar
    1⁄4 teaspoon himalayan sea salt
    1⁄4 teaspoon turbinado sugar
    3 -4 drops lime juice
    1 cup grapeseed oil

Tips

Can be used right away and refrigerated for up to two weeks.


Directions

Mix first 5 ingredients in a wide mouth mason jar for about 5 seconds by hand. Pour oil on top. Submerge stick blender all the way to the bottom and turn it on. Hold the blender on the bottom until mayo starts to form, and has filled the jar at least half way. Once the jar is at least half full of mayo start to move the blender up SLOWLY, until all oil is emulsified and all that is left is a nice thick mayo.

Serving Size: Makes approx 1 cup
