Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    water, 4 cups
    Chicken Thigh, 3.41 lbs
    Chicken Broth, 2 cup (8 fl oz)
    Banana Peppers, 2 cup
    Jalapeno Peppers, 4
    Cooked Onion, 1.5 cup
    Beans, fava, 2 cup
    Garlic, 4 clove
    Basil, 2 tbsp
    Thyme, ground, 1 tbsp
    rosemary, 1 tbsp
    marjoram, 1 tbsp
    tarragon, 1 tbsp

    salt and pepper to your own taste*

Tips

I think it could use an additional cup of banana peppers, and double the garlic. Play with the spices for your own taste.


Directions

Throw everything in the crock pot on low for 6 hours. Let cool for 15 minutes, then serve. Would be great with a side of rice or cauliflower rice.

Serving Size: makes 8 to 10 bowls of soup
