Ingredients

    4 tbsp. raw cashews, soaked
    5 medjool dates (although next time I may use only 4)
    1 tbsp. tamari or coconut aminos
    1 tsp. apple cider vinegar (the raw kind)
    1 clove garlic
    1 red pepper (or 1/2 red pepper, 1/2 tomato)
    1/4 tsp. red chili flakes
    1/4 tsp. smoked paprika
    1-2 tbsp. nutritional yeast
    1/2 cup water

Directions

Blend in Vitamix.

Serving Size: 2 1-cup servings for dipping or salad dressing
