1 cup pesto sauce
3 hard boiled eggs
1-4 oz can tiny shrimp
Tips
This recipe travels well and can stay out when mayonnaise-based salads must be refrigerated.
Directions
Boil water and cook rotini. Drain into colander and wash thoroughly with cold water to prevent sticking.
Add pesto and shrimp, draining shrimp first.
Chop eggs and add to pasta.
Mix thoroughly and serve chilled.
