Ingredients

    1 package of Thomas Ragin’ Cajun Smoked Andouille Sausage "Hot" (14oz)
    1 head of cabbage

Directions

Chop sausage into small bite size pieces. Fry in pan (using fat from sausage to fry). Chop cabbage. Once sausage is crispy (about 5 min), drain off oil. Add cabbage and cook with lid on to steam lightly, stir occasionally (about 5 min). Serve hot.
