This was a dish my mom used to make. Simple and yummy on a cold night. When she was cooking one night she was asked what she was making-a little flustered she answered, "Hamburger somehow!" Ingredients

    1 pound lean ground beef-browned
    add:
    1 can Veg All mixed vegetables (drained)
    1 can tomatoes and 1 small can of tomato paste (blended together with garlic powder to taste)

    Heat until bubbling.
    Best served with home made hot biscuits-However, since this is a diet dish, no biscuits.
