Ingredients

2 pounds Boneless Pork Loin Country Ribs
1/2 cup BBQ Sauce
1/2 cup Apple Juice
2 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
1 tsp Garlic Powder
2 tsp Onion Powder
**Salt and Pepper to taste**
Tips
I used a bottled barbeque sauce, however, to reduce the carbohydrate count further, you can use a no-sugar added sauce or make the barbeque sauce here: http://recipes.sparkpeople.com/recipe-detail.asp?recipe=2927251
Directions
place all ingredients in the slow cooker on low for approximately 6 hours (4 hours, if on high). They can stay longer in the slow cooker if necessary but they tend to fall apart more the longer they cook. Still wonderfully tasty, though!
