Introduction

Very Tasty. Makes 2 generous 5 inch pancakes, that rise and are light and fluffy. Very Tasty. Makes 2 generous 5 inch pancakes, that rise and are light and fluffy.

Ingredients

    4 Tbs Milled Flax Seed
    1/2 cup Egg Whites
    1 tsp Cinnamon
    1/4 tsp Baking Powder
    1/2 tsp Coconut Oil
    1 Tbs Maple Syrup
    2 Tbs Peanut Butter Powder

Directions

Put all ingredients into a bowl and mix with a fork till lumps are gone, (less than a minute). Coat pan or griddle with cooking spray and heat using medium high. Pour on batter. Flip just a bubbles form. Cook for about 30 seconds more or until a light touch in center of the pancake springs back.
