    Olive Oil, 1 1tsp
    Garlic, 3 cloves - Pressed
    Basil, 15 leaves
    Lemon Juice 'Real Lemon' 100% juice, 3 tsp
    Better Than Bullion Chicken Base, 2 tsp
    Water, tap, 2 cup (8 fl oz)
    Salt, .5 tsp
    Pepper, black, .25 tsp
    Pepper, red or cayenne, .125 tsp
    Fage - 0%, plain, 8 oz

Tips

Can use basil or parsley - fresh if available


Directions

Heat oil in a large saucepan over medium heat.
Add garlic and onion stirring occasionally cook four minutes
Add lemon juice and cook for one more minute.
Add cucumber, basil, broth, salt, pepper, and cayenne pepper bring to a summer.
Cook 8 to 12 minutes until cucumber is tender.
Transfer to a blender add yogurt and blend .
Serve cold or hot.
Top with a little chopped cucumber and parsley or basil.
