    6 ounces hamburger cooked into crumbles
    0.5 cups of shredded Italian cheeses
    0.5 cups of shredded cheddar cheese
    one block mori nu silken lite tofu firm
    one half jar of sun dried tomatoes
    salt and pepper to taste


blend the tofu and sundried tomatoes into a sauce
brown the meat
mix the ingredients, place in 375 oven or microwave until hot and bubbly.
