Introduction

Basic pizza. Whole wheat crust, fresh kosher mozzarella cheese, fresh pineapple and green onion. Basic pizza. Whole wheat crust, fresh kosher mozzarella cheese, fresh pineapple and green onion.

Ingredients

    1 cup Water, tap
    1 tbsp Olive Oil
    1 tbsp Honey
    2 1/2 cups whole wheat flour (I like the kind that looks white)
    1 tsp kosher salt
    1 tsp yeast
    6 oz fresh kosher mozzarella cheese (trader joes)
    1 cup pizza sauce (I used great value)
    1/2 cup pineapple, fresh
    4 tsp minced garlic
    italian seasoning to taste

Tips

You can roll or twist the edges of the pizza to make your own crust. Add seasonings into the dough, like italian, garlic or parmesan to give the dough more flavor. Slice the mozza very thin to get the most cheese cover.


Directions

combine everything except pizza toppings in a bowl. Knead the dough on a floured surface. Cover and let rise in a warm place for 90 minutes. Roll the dough out on a floured surface or you can hand press it into a pan. It's up to you.
Top with pizza sauce. Sliced the mozzarella into thin slices and top. Add pineapple and onions.

Bake at 375 for 12-18 minutes depending on your oven .
