Ingredients

    1 lb ground turkey
    15 oz can Italian style tomato sauce (or regular tomato sauce with 1 tsp Italian seasoning)
    1/3 cup chopped onion (fresh or frozen)
    1/3 cup chopped green pepper (fresh or frozen)
    4 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
    10 oz. package refrigerated biscuits (10)

Directions

Brown ground turkey in large skillet and drain off fat. Stir in tomato sauce, onions, and green pepper. Heat through. Transfer mixture to a 2-quart rectangular baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese. Flatten each biscuit with your hands, and arrange biscuits on top of cheese. Bake at 400 for about 15 min or until biscuits are golden.

Note: If necessary, you can reduce the sodium by substituting No Salt Added tomato sauce.
