Introduction

This is a very good creamy dish that alows you to dip your asparagus too. This is a very good creamy dish that alows you to dip your asparagus too.

Ingredients

    1 Chicken Breast (boneless and skinless)
    1/4 cup Ragu Creamy Alfredo sauce
    1 cup fresh cut asparagus

    1 teaspoon Olive oil
    dash of Garlic Salt

Directions

Lightly brown Chicken Breat of both sides.

Pour in cup of Alfredo sauce and simmer for 15 min, or until tender.

Put olive oil in small saute pan with Garlic Salt, pan cook asparagus until tender, about 5 minutes.

Eat it up! You can cut the chicken with a butter knife.
