Ingredients

    6 cup kale - Glory chopped kale, fresh
    7 serving Sausage, Butterball, Everyday Turkey Smoked Sausage (by PHENESH)
    6 medium slices, cooked (raw pro Bacon, pork, microwaved
    1 cup Beef Broth - Swanson Low Sodium
    3 tbsp (C) Vinegar, Red Wine (Gr Value)
    .5 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    .25 cup Parsley
    12 small (1-3/4" to 2-1/2" dia.) Potato, raw
    2 tbsp Olive Oil

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Bake bacon on a broiler pan until crisp. Boil potatoes in salted water until tender. Head olive oil in skillet. Saute onion in large skillet, add torn and washed kale and cook until wilted down. Add broth and vinegar. Drain potatoes. Add Kale and onions to the potatoes. Cut smoked sausage into half moons and saute until brown. Add to potatoes. Chop the bacon and add to potatoes along with parsley, salt and pepper.
