Introduction

Note: Try to use "hard bread" beacuse is better when combined with the other ingredients.

1. Put the milk to boil, you can add some lemon zest.
1. Once the milk is about to boil, take it out and put it in a differrent container. Put each piece of bread with milk and let it absorb some of it (do not let it be inside to much time, since it becomes too soft).
2. In a separate bowl mix the egg whites until they double their size, then, add the yolks and keep mixing a little but until everything is combined.
3. Put the breads inside the egg mix and cover them with it.
4. Put each piece to cook in a anti-adherent saucepan until each side turns into a golden brown.
5. In a different pot add 4 cups of water and mix it with the sugar, let it boil until the sugar is completely melt and some thick syrup is formed. You can add cinnamon and some allspice for flavor or you can use sweet tide instead off sugar for a different flavor.
6- After the syrup is form, pour it over the bread and let it rest for a while.
7. Enjoy!
